ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE AT POOCH PATCH
On arrival there is a pair of wooden gates. These will be locked, and you will need your access code to enter. Please lock these gates behind you, before entering the secure field. Take care to arrive cautiously and before opening the outer gate, check the previous user isn’t in the car park loading their dog back into their vehicle. DO NOT attempt to open the field gate if any dogs are inside the field, even if they are on a lead. To enter the secure field, there will be a security gate, this will require the same access code. This too should be shut and locked behind you at the beginning and end of your session. The previous session is expected to leave the field and close the gate behind them, even if someone is waiting to enter the field. If the previous appointment is still in the field when your booking starts, please inform us immediately by calling Shauni on 07935777062.
YOUR BOOKED SESSION
Bookings are pre-booked, 30 or 60 minutes. This includes time for you to retrieve your dog, get them into your vehicle and vacate the area prior to the next appointment. Dogs must be back in the vehicle before the end of the session to allow the next dog to enter at their allotted time. Please do not arrive early as this will limit the time of the users before you and may cause their dog stress. Hours of service will change dependant on daylight hours. There will be Summer Hours and Winter Hours.
